| 1. Please provide us clear and flowing original
text for time saving. The original text |
| with unclear handwriting or picture will produce different meanings which will cause |
| problem for translation; If modification,
deletion or addition is required during the |
| translation, please inform us as early
as possible; If deletion is required for the already |
| translated part, extra fee will be charged, and the translation fee will be re-counted if |
| any modification, deletion or addition is necessary in the later stage of the translation. |
| We will negotiate with you to extend the delivery time as workload increases
due to |
| such modification. If abortion is required during the translation, you
shall pay for the |
| already finished part accordingly. Any typesetting requirements of the font, format or |
| others shall be informed to us the day you send the original text in written form |
| (through fax, e-mail,etc.). |

| 2. In order to improve the accuracy of translation
and to better satisfy you, please |
| offer us all needed reference material,
which enables the translated version to be |
| more accurate and suitable for you and ensures the unification of vocabulary. |
| Reference material may include vocabulary,
manuals, abbreviation of technical terms, |
| special expressions of related texts, names of people and places, etc. The specific |
| background and usage of the material shall also be stated clearly so that our |
| translators may have
a better grasp of the language and relevant culture. |

| 3. Translation is a tough job of recreating language
and computer can never replace |
| high-qualified translators. Please give
us sufficient time so as to guarantee high-quality |
| translation. We may handle
the task as urgently as possible to meet your request, |
| however, extra from 20% to 100% will be charged for urgent translation |
| requirement.(Depending
on the quantity and required time). |

| 4. We are only responsible of the accuracy of
the translated texts, and are free from |
| the obligation for the origin, content and
usage of the original ones; free from any |
| legal responsibility of the content,
usage and the direct or indirect effects caused by |
| the translated texts. We hold
the right to reject documents, which go against the |
| laws and regulations of
the PRC and international conventions in content. Clients shall |
| make sure
that the copyright and translation right have been obtained. We reserve |
| the right to claim authorship. |

| 5. All the original texts and their translated
versions are kept confidential. With special |
| requirements of confidentiality, please inform us in advance so that we may take |
| specific security measures. |

| 6. If you find principle mistakes in the translated text or have disagreement and |
| questions concerning it, please contact us in
five days after you receive it. We¡¯ll make |
| modification and answer your questions till you are satisfied with it. However, the |
| translated text will be regarded
without problem if beyond five days. |
