| You may put forward your intent of interpretation
to us through phone calls, |
| fax or e-mail. Please state clearly the type,
content, language, usage, required |
| rank of quality, and time. |

| Project analysis |
| We will offer you with reasonable price evaluation through communication with |
| you as soon as possible, which contribute
to the consistency in terms of the |
| project requirements and understanding between both sides. Proxy will be |
| signed after both of us have reached an
agreement. |

| Preparations |
| Advance payment and related material shall be sent after you accept the |
| interpreter and give him the specific requirements,
including technical terms, |
| time and so on,after which the interpreter
may make full preparation to operate |
| the project. |
| |
| Interpretation |
| The interpretation tasks will be completed
upon the request of our clients. We¡¯ll |
| get to know feedback in time and keep in
touch with our clients as well. |
| |
| Payment |
| Our clients in accordance with the contract
shall pay spare money after the |
| interpretation. |
